The CreatingWE® Institute

The firm Judith E. Glaser founded with her husband, Richard D. Glaser – The CreatingWE® Institute – continues to be the home of Conversational Intelligence®. In addition to consulting and coaching, the Institute continues to have C-IQ programs for corporations and the public, as well as a certification process that we call Accreditation.

The programs offered by The CreatingWE® Institute are not the same as other C-IQ programs you may have attended in the past. Judith E. Glaser had a deep belief that immersive learning and application were critical to ‘living C-IQ’, whether in a virtual classroom, a business setting, or at home. Putting this into practice, in the moment, is where the impact and shifts of C-IQ occur. This is what she did – and what we at the Institute do – when we work with clients and organizations. This is how transformation occurs, and it’s how we have designed our current Accreditation programs.

About Our Accreditation Process

Our programs continue to be steeped in research from a variety of science disciplines – neuroscience and anthropology, as well the most recent research on leadership, communication, and human groups. At their core, though, they are about learning, applying, and embodying Conversational Intelligence, not just listening to us present (as riveting as we may be!)

The Accreditation process begins with our Foundations of Conversational  Intelligence® Program, where the focus is on building, and embodying the skills for your ‘self-use’ – developing C-IQ mastery, and applying the tools to your own conversations, both personal and professional. Our experience – and that of our clients and past participants – has been that shifts in conversations can occur quickly! You can find more specific information on Foundations here: www.we-iq.com

Successful completion of our Phase II: Neuroscience of WE®- Trust Changes Reality Program earns the designation of Accredited Level II Conversational Intelligence® Coach/Consultant. Phase III is an optional phase that earns the designation of Conversational Intelligence® Master Coach/consultant. Not everyone will pursue Phase III; most participants achieve exactly what they need from completing Phase II.

Descriptions of Phases II and III of the Accreditation can be found here www.we-iq.com/accreditation.

Accreditation for C-IQ Coaches

We’ve been asked by a number of you for a map to Conversational Intelligence® Certification now that the C-IQ for Coaches Programs are no longer available.

The first year, we offered Phase II, we ‘piloted’ registering a couple of Enhanced C-IQ coaches right into the program. We quickly learned that we hadn’t provided an optimal learning experience for them; it didn’t begin with a level playing field for everyone.

We discovered that the whole design of Phase II presumes the participants have applied the core C-IQ concepts to themselves and their own conversations,  within the Foundations framework. The Enhanced Coaches,  although of course well-versed and quite experienced in the foundational C-IQ concepts, did not have the same embodied learning experience that Foundations participants did.

We had not set them up for success.

Foundations Program for C-IQ Enhanced Coaches

A Program for You!

We respect your designation as an Enhanced C-IQ Coach, and did not think it fair to require you to ‘start again from scratch’ in order to pursue Phase II accreditation. We’ve looked for ways to create that level playing field in a streamlined and effective way, acknowledging your depth of C-IQ knowledge yet providing the missing embodiment practice.

As such, we’ve designed a hybrid Foundations program specifically for you, that gives you access to co-facilitated content recordings on the key elements of the program, as well as live ExperiMentor Practice Sessions conducted via Zoom. The content of this program maps exactly to the full Foundations program, and the ExperiMentor sessions give you the same small group practice and discussion experience as those who attend the full program.

This hybrid option is not new for us –it’s one we use with organizations who have wanted a blended option, and it’s been very well received. AND, since we know that C-IQ is about ‘conversations’, having the ‘in person’ ExperiMentor sessions reinforces the learning with practical application.
